![]() | (Closed to the public. Please view from street.) This private residence is located just outside the gates of the museum overlooking Gwalia Ghost Town. The rendered brick house was originally built as a two-roomed bungalow with a hipped roof circa 1898. The west wing, with its lower-pitched roof, was added at a later stage and substantial extensions and alterations were made over the years. Also known as the White House, it was built on “Staff Hill” as the residence for the Sons of Gwalia Mine engineer. |
